If you’re feeling like you want to make a change, but it’s feeling impossible- don’t give up. Change takes time. There is no quick fix. There’s almost a 4 year difference between these. Lost over 100lbs with consistency & determination. Not stopping. I personally chose @ww but not every program works for everyone. There are days where I want to quit , but when I get there I just hit “pause”. When I’m ready I get right back into it and hit “play”.
